Individual Therapy
I’m Glad You’re Here.
Taking the time to focus on yourself is an important step. Individual therapy gives you a private, supportive space to slow down, sort through what you’re carrying, and work toward meaningful change.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. We’ll start where you are and work together toward where you want to be.
