S. Denise Jefferson, Founder, CEO & Clinical Director
S. Denise Jefferson, LCSW is the Founder, CEO, and Clinical Director of Jefferson Family & Relationship Institute. A licensed clinical social worker, speaker, and educator, she is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and build healthier relationships.
Since beginning her career in 2013, Denise has worked across mental health, medical social work, education, substance abuse treatment, and domestic violence prevention. She is a certified Duluth Model facilitator, Nurturing Parenting Program facilitator, and doctoral candidate whose research focuses on domestic violence prevention and family healing.
Through Jefferson Family & Relationship Institute, Denise is committed to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through education, accountability, compassion, and evidence-based care.
Damien Jefferson, CEO & Program Director
Damien Jefferson is an educator, speaker, and community leader passionate about helping individuals and families build stronger foundations through personal growth, healthy relationships, and practical life skills. He serves as Program Director of Jefferson Family & Relationship Institute and as a Student Success Manager supporting military-affiliated students in higher education.
Damien holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science and an MBA, and he is currently completing his doctorate in education and leadership. He is also a Certified Master Life Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach. Passionate about education and community growth, he is committed to equipping others with practical tools for success, wellness, and lifelong development.
