Healthy Relationships. Healthy Families. Healthy Communities.

Overview

Jefferson Family & Relationship Institute is a professional organization dedicated to relationship healing, professional education, and community transformation through evidence-based clinical services, educational initiatives, and structured programs. We are committed to strengthening individuals, restoring relationships, and transforming families by combining therapeutic intervention, research-informed practices, community engagement, and professional development.

We provide individual, couples, family, and group services alongside specialized, court-approved programs focused on domestic violence prevention, emotional regulation, healthy relationship development, parenting, and behavioral change. Through our flagship initiatives—the Good Men Project and Good Women Project—we deliver structured, curriculum-based programs designed to promote accountability, healing, prevention, and long-term transformation for justice-involved individuals and those impacted by domestic violence.

In addition to clinical services, Jefferson Family & Relationship Institute provides professional development opportunities for helping professionals through continuing education trainings, therapist tools, study courses, conferences, and educational resources focused on relationship wellness, trauma-informed care, domestic violence prevention, family systems, and community healing. Through research, advocacy, education, and clinical practice, we strive to build healthier relationships, healthier families, and healthier communities for generations to come.
